1. Data Protection at a Glance
General Information The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you purchase an e-book.

2. Data Collection when Purchasing an E-book
When you order an e-book in our shop, we collect data required for the fulfillment of the contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). This includes:
First and last name
Email address (for sending the download link)
Billing address
Payment data
This data will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention periods under tax and commercial law (generally 10 years).
3. Disclosure of Data to Service Providers
To provide our online shop and deliver the e-book, we use third-party services:
Shop Platform (Wix): Our shop is operated on the Wix.com platform (Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv, Israel). Wix processes the data mentioned under Section 2 on our behalf to technically enable the purchasing process and the provision of the digital product. The transfer is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. As Wix is a provider from a third country, the data transfer is based on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to guarantee an adequate level of data protection.
Email Dispatch: We use the automated systems of our shop platform to send the download link. No data is passed on to other uninvolved third parties.
4. Payment Service Providers
We use external service providers to process payments. Depending on the payment method you choose, your data will be forwarded to them:
PayPal: The provider is PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. When paying via PayPal, your payment data is transmitted to PayPal.
Credit Card (Wix Payments/Stripe): If you pay by credit card, the data is transmitted in encrypted form to our payment service provider (e.g., Stripe or Wix Payments). We do not store full credit card data ourselves. The transfer is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
5. Your Rights
You have the right at any time to: Receive information about your stored data.
Request the correction or deletion of your data.
Request the restriction of processing.
Lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
6. Storage Duration of the Download Link
Your email address is used to provide you with the digital content. After completion of the download and expiry of tax obligations, this data will be blocked for further use, unless you have expressly consented to further use (e.g., newsletter).
