Nach einem Rohkost-Kochkurs auf Bali wurde ich 2019 eingeladen, ein Yoga Retreat auf Mallorca zu bekochen. Kurze Zeit später war mit Vivienne die Idee von Apricus geboren. Glücklich, meine Abenteuerlust mit meiner Passion für kreatives Kochen verbinden zu können, reise ich heute alleine oder im Team, durch Europa. An meinem Beruf liebe ich Inspiration für Nahrung zu wecken, die belebt und wohlfühlen lässt. Meine liebsten Gerichte sind geblieben — köstliche, gesunde Rohkost-Desserts.
