The time during the cooking courses gives us the opportunity to give your group a deeper insight into our kitchen and to provide practical cooking hacks and inspiration for a more conscious diet in everyday life.

Handouts

Each participant receives a small handout with explanations on the effects of food, holistic nutrition and methods of sustainable and balanced cooking. Recipe cards are provided to go with the menu.

Wildherbs

Depending on the season, we show how edible wild herbs can be integrated into delicious, healthy dishes. An experience that connects you with nature and seasonal cuisine.
