ABOUT CARINA
Kochen ist für mich so viel mehr, als die bloße Zubereitung von Nahrung: es ist mein ganz persönlicher Ausdruck von Liebe, Kreativität & Fürsorge. Genuss spielt dabei eine genauso große Rolle wie frische, hochwertige Zutaten. Dabei lasse ich mich besonders gerne von der mediterranen Küche mit ihren intensiven Aromen, ihrer Leichtigkeit und diesem ganz besonderen Lebensgefühl inspirieren.
Ich liebe es, mit aromatischen Kräutern und Gewürzen zu kochen, neue Geschmackskombinationen zu entdecken und aus einer Mahlzeit ein echtes Erlebnis zu machen. Als zertifizierte Ernährungsberaterin lasse ich außerdem mein Wissen ganz bewusst in meine Küche einfließen, damit meine Gerichte nicht nur gut schmecken, sondern Körper und Seele gleichermaßen nähren.
