Mit fünf Jahren schenkte mir meine Mama eine kleine Pfanne und brachte mir bei, wie man Pfannkuchen macht – das war der Startschuss für meine große Leidenschaft: das Kochen und Backen. Ich sage immer wieder: Essen ist mein Leben, ich liebe einfach alles daran! Auf Märkten einzukaufen, die Vielfalt, die Farben und Gerüche zu erleben, daraus kreativ Gerichte zu kochen und schließlich Menschen an einen Tisch zu bringen – und sie satt und glücklich zu sehen.
