ABOUT MAIKE
Mit einem nomadischen Herzen, einem starken Drang nach kreativem Ausdruck und dem tiefen Empfinden, Erfüllung darin zu finden, Menschen zu nähren, habe ich vor einigen Jahren meine Karriere bei der Berliner Kriminalpolizei gegen das Leben als Retreatköchin getauscht. Heute verbinde ich frische, biologische Zutaten mit kulturell geprägter Küche und einem ganzheitlichen Verständnis von Nahrung. Besonders eine Fortbildung in ayurvedischer Ernährung in Indien 2026 hat dieses Verständnis noch einmal tief geprägt.
